Beach Body Bootcamp is a full body workout sequenced with high-intensity interval training (HIIT) exercises in the sand. PLUS we combine HIIT with the baddest boxing combos to be a knock out this summer! Combining HIIT & sand workouts build cardiovascular fitness, improves muscular strength and endurance and provides low impact workouts to aid in joint/ligament stability. Added with boxing you get a true full body workout!
